Depending on your membership plan, you will have different options for sharing your exams with a provider. Whichever option you have, your exams will always be saved to your profile, where you can access them any time.
Schedule Visit
ConnectCare members can schedule an online visit with Nonagon telehealth provider
Select the time slot for your visit
You will be redirected to pay for your visit, and once completed, the details will appear on your members screen.
Tap on the visit details to join the Zoom meeting, reschedule or cancel your visit
Copy Exam Link
This option is available to ConnectCare members, and may be open to other plans depending on your provider’s settings. Select this option to create a link you can paste and send via email, text, etc. Please note that by sending the link on an external channel, you agree to be solely responsible for the confidentiality of the information shared.
Send to Provider
ConnectCarePro members can send their medical exams directly to their personal provider
Wait until you see confirmation the exams have been sent to your provider
Your provider will receive notification of your exams and can send you their feedback via the Nonagon app. You will be notified once your provider responded and will see their comments under your patient profile. To access their response, you can tap the notifications bell icon or go to your “Profile and Past Exams” under the member name
The session status will be REVIEWED with the name of the provider who responded. Tap on the session to open the provider’s summary
Meet Now with My Provider
This option will be active only if your provider is currently available online. Once selected, your exams are sent and a video visit with your provider will open
Once your provider accepts the call, you can choose to open your camera and start your visit
