Managing My Account

  1. Login to your N9+ account
  2. Tap the initial of your profile
  3. Select Subscriptions from the menu 
  4. Your subscriptions will be displayed with their details and option to add and edit

Yes! Your data is never lost and can always be retrieved once your subscription has been reactivated or renewed.

  1. Login to your N9+ account
  2. Tap the initial of your profile
  3. Select Subscriptions from the menu 
  4. Tap the Add Subscription button and enter the Client-ID provided by your program sponsor
  5. Tap Save and make sure you can see your new subscription in your Subscriptions display

This action cannot be performed if you only have one active subscription 

  1. Login to your N9+ account
  2. Tap the initial of your profile
  3. Select Subscriptions from the menu 
  4. Under the Actions header, tap the Edit button
  5. Slide your subscription to the trashcan icon
  6. Save the change
  7. The subscription will no longer appear in your subscriptions display

 

If you accidently removed the wrong subscription, you can always add it back by entering the Client-ID (see How to add a new subscription)
