My credit card expired. Can I add my new card?
Yes! You can add several payment methods, delete old cards, and choose which method you’d like to use for your membership charges.
- Open the top right menu in the Members screen
- Tap on your name
- In the Membership screen tap Change Method in the Payment Method section
- Delete the expired card
- Select your preferred method, or ADD NEW CARD
- Fill in the card details, mark as default card, and SAVE CARD
I canceled my membership. Is my medical data saved?
Yes! Your data is never lost and can always be found in your “Patient profile and exam history” in the Members screen. You can still use your kit to perform exams, but you can’t share them. To do so, you can renew your membership at any time:
- Open the top right menu in the Members screen
- Tap the top tab where you can see your name
- In the Membership screen tap RENEW MEMBERSHIP
- Update your payment method if needed
- Tap SUBSCRIBE
Your membership status will become Active again
My free trial ended. How can I share my exams?
If you provided a payment method when creating your account, your subscription will be automatically renewed once the free trial ends. You can cancel it anytime.
If you skipped this step when creating your account, you’ll be prompted to subscribe the next time you log into your account and try sharing your exams.
