How do I access my account details?
- Login to your N9+ account
- Tap the initial of your profile
- Select Subscriptions from the menu
- Your subscriptions will be displayed with their details and option to add and edit
I canceled my subscription. Is my medical data saved?
Yes! Your data is never lost and can always be retrieved once your subscription has been reactivated or renewed.
How can I add a new subscription?
- Login to your N9+ account
- Tap the initial of your profile
- Select Subscriptions from the menu
- Tap the Add Subscription button and enter the Client-ID provided by your program sponsor
- Tap Save and make sure you can see your new subscription in your Subscriptions display
How can I edit or delete a subscription?
This action cannot be performed if you only have one active subscription
- Login to your N9+ account
- Tap the initial of your profile
- Select Subscriptions from the menu
- Under the Actions header, tap the Edit button
- Slide your subscription to the trashcan icon
- Save the change
- The subscription will no longer appear in your subscriptions display
If you accidently removed the wrong subscription, you can always add it back by entering the Client-ID (see How to add a new subscription)
