Updating Members & Settings

1. Login to your account
2. In the members screen tap +ADD NEW

1. Fill in all required fields
2. Save & exit

• Make sure you have entered all mandatory fields in the member’s profile
• Your membership allows you to add up to 10 members under one account. Make sure you’re not trying to add more than that.

1. Login to your Nonagon Care account
2. In the Members screen tap “Profile and Past Exams” under the member you’d like to edit
3. Tap PROFILE at the top right corner

To edit the profile, make the changes required in the relevant fields
Tap SAVE CHANGES

In order to delete the entire profile, tap DELETE PROFILE and confirm

Once your provider reviews your exams, their summary will be sent to you via the app. A notification is sent to the phone you registered with. If you didn’t get a notification, you can log into the app and check yourself:

New notifications are marked with the bell icon at the top left corner of the Members screen. You can also access the summary by entering your “Patient Profile and Past Exams” where you can open the latest session and see the provider’s summary:

 The session status will be REVIEWED, and tapping on the session will open the visit summary and provider’s notes:

If your provider has yet to send you their summary, the session status will be WAITING FOR REVIEW

1. Login to your Nonagon Care app
2. Open the top right menu in the Members screen
3. Tap the Settings tab
4. Open the Language dropdown menu
5. Select the language you prefer
6. The app will return to the Members screen with the new language all set

5. Mark the measurement units you want for the temperature exam

5. Mark the measurement units you want for height and weight
