Fix a Problem

Updating Members & Settings

  1. Login to your account
  2. In the members screen tap Add member
  3. Fill in all required fields
  4. Save
  • Make sure you have entered all mandatory fields in the member’s profile
  1. Login to your N9+ account
  2. In the Member dashboard select the member you’d like to edit
  3. Tap PROFILE at the top right corner

To edit the profile, make the changes required in the relevant fields
Tap SAVE CHANGES

In order to delete the entire profile, tap DELETE PROFILE and confirm

Once your session has ben reviewed by your provider you will be notified by phone alert and by email.

To view their assessment login to your account, tap the member’s name and access their “Sessions” tab. The relevant session will be marked as “Reviewed” and will include the session details along with your provider’s summary and recommendations for further treatment.

  1. Open your N9+ app
  2. Open the top right menu and select the language you prefer

If you’ve already logged in to your account:

  1. Open your profile by tapping your initial
  2. Select Settings 
  3. Open the languages menu and select the language you prefer
  4. Confirm the change
  5. The app will return you to your Member Dashboard

  2. Open your profile by tapping your initial
  3. Select Settings 
  4. Select your preferred units of measurement under the Temperature menu
  5. Return to your Dashboard
  1. Login to your N9+ app
  2. Open your profile by tapping your initial
  3. Select Settings 
  4. Select your preferred units of measurement under the Height and Weight menus
  5. Return to your Dashboard
