Updating Members & Settings

1. Login to your account
2. In the members screen tap Add member
3. Fill in all required fields
4. Save

• Make sure you have entered all mandatory fields in the member’s profile

1. Login to your N9+ account
2. In the Member dashboard select the member you’d like to edit
3. Tap PROFILE at the top right corner

To edit the profile, make the changes required in the relevant fields
Tap SAVE CHANGES

In order to delete the entire profile, tap DELETE PROFILE and confirm

Once your provider reviews your exams, their summary will be sent to you via the app. A notification is sent to the phone you registered with. If you didn’t get a notification, you can log into the app and check yourself:

New notifications are marked with the bell icon at the top left corner of the Members screen. You can also access the summary by entering your “Patient Profile and Past Exams” where you can open the latest session and see the provider’s summary:

 The session status will be REVIEWED, and tapping on the session will open the visit summary and provider’s notes:

If your provider has yet to send you their summary, the session status will be WAITING FOR REVIEW

1. Open your N9+ app
2. Open the top right menu and select the language you prefer

If you’ve already logged in to your account:

1. Open your profile by tapping your initial
2. Select Settings 
3. Open the languages menu and select the language you prefer
4. Confirm the change
5. The app will return you to your Member Dashboard

4. Select your preferred units of measurement under the Temperature menu
5. Return to your Dashboard
