Create Your Account

Nonagon Care provides three membership plans. To access your plan's setup guide, choose from the options below

Healthcare Provider Membership – I bought or received my kit directly from my healthcare provider

ConnectCare – I bought my kit online

ConnectCare Pro – my healthcare provider recommended I purchase a kit online

  1. Your account is all set up! Just look for a welcome email from support@nonagon-care.com (check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox)
  2. Launch the app and copy the username and password found in the email to the appropriate fields in the login screen
  3. Select a new password and click on CHANGE PASSWORD
  4. Tap GET STARTED and GOT IT
  5. Allow the App access to your phone’s permissions
  6. Turn on your N9+ device and pair it with your phone. The blue light on the device will turn green. The next time you login and switch on the device, it will automatically pair with your phone 
  1. Launch the app and click on Create account in the login screen
  2. Type in your email address and create your password 
  3. Enter the 4-digit verification code found in your email
  4. Enter your personal details
  5. Read your ConnectCare Membership details and tap CREATE ACCOUNT
  6. Enter your payment details to start your 90-day free trial
  7. Tap GET STARTED and GOT IT
  8. Allow the App access to your phone’s permissions
  9. Turn on your device and pair it with your phone. The blue light on the device will turn green (next time you login, your device and phone will pair automatically)

Make sure your ConnectCare Membership free trial is active – Tap the top right menu to open the sidebar and click on your name to see your membership details

  1. Launch the app and click on Create account in the login screen
  2. Type in your email address used to purchase your kit, and create your password
  3. Enter the 4-digit verification code found in your email
  4. Enter your personal details in the required fields
  5. Physician Invitation Code: if this box is checked and you can see your provider’s name, click NEXT to continue. If the box is empty, check it and click NEXT
  6. Enter the code emailed to you by your physician. Your provider’s name will appear under the code. Click DONE
  7. Review your ConnectCare Pro Membership details and make sure your provider’s name is listed
  8. Enter your payment details to start your 90-day free trial
  9. Tap GET STARTED and GOT IT
  10. Allow the App access to your phone’s permissions
  11. Turn on your device and pair it with your phone. The blue light on the device will turn green (next time you login, your device and phone will pair automatically).
